Our Food
- We use only local produced food. We source our food from partners we’ve known for many years. Most are small, independent suppliers and vendors that consistently offer first-class quality and great service.
- We change our recipes in tune with the seasons and availability. Organic is preferable, but unfortunately it’s not always obtainable. But there’s no ‘one size fits all’ policy. You tell us what you want and we’ll deliver it.
- Our menus cover everything from all the Indian spices which are regularly used in our day to day routines from breakfasts to street food, Indian banquets to vintage afternoon teas, business brunches to bowl food. We’ll tailor it precisely to your needs and your occasion.
Our Supplies
- We believe in long term partnerships – in fact, we signed comprehensive agreements with our farming families. We are dedicated to supporting their day-to-day practices, as well as looking to the future of farming – investigating new and innovative ways to support farming methods.
- We source the best of food quality materials for our productions of spices. Sourcing from local farms to our factory is a real benefit. Most of sourcing farms is close to our manufacturing units.
- We work with farmers who are aligned to our values to deliver high food safety and quality standards.
- We always strive to be better in our farming practices enabling us to deliver quality food to our consumers and stay competitive in the industry by maintaining standards of excellence.
